Shakira Fulkerson ACNP-BC, DNP
Shakira Fulkerson is a critical care nurse practitioner who received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from New York University. She specialized in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiology for most of her career due to her passion and the care of her patients. Shakira entered the field of aesthetics 16 years ago as a part-time practitioner. Through the years, she has developed and honed her skills with aesthetic injections, laser treatments, and training other nurses. Shakira has been in practice as a full-time aesthetic nurse practitioner for five years, and she continues to expand her knowledge and practice in a field she absolutely loves.
Gloria Rangelova, ND
Born in Bulgaria, Gloria grew up with strong roots in natural healing. Gathering herbs, drinking teas, pickling vegetables and making yogurt were part of normal day to day activities. After moving to the US at the age of 12, she quickly experienced the harmful effects that processed foods have on the body and noticed how prevalent chronic conditions were in the states. She was inspired to share her knowledge and help people come back to a healthier way of life.
Gloria went on to study Naturopathic Medicine at the National University of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR (graduated in 2019) and completed additional trainings in her fields of focus – herbal medicine, homeopathy, drainage therapy, pelvic floor therapy, nasal specific therapy, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She became a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in California and went on to work at Sajune Institute for Restorative and Integrative Medicine before opening Glorious Health Retreats.
Gloria believes there is not one treatment that works for all, she prefers to get to know her patients on a deeper level in order to find the individual approach best suited for them. Gloria is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and semi-fluent in Spanish.
